Cardiac Tech- Invasive Cardiac Cath Lab

Position Purpose

This position is responsible for the deliverance of safe patient care to the adult patient under the direct supervision of a physician or a registered nurse.

What You Will Do

• Assist in invasive cardiology procedures
• Hemodynamic and patient monitoring
• Patient education
• Use of radiological imaging equipment
• Film development
• Set up of sterile fields
• May be required to work at alternate campus

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: RT(R) RCIS, RCES or registry eligible
• Registry eligible candidates must pass licensure exam within 120 days of hire
• ARRT Preferred
• Experience: 1-2 years Cath Lab/EP lab, interventional radiology or special procedures
• Licensure: ARRT, RCIS, RCES or registry eligible
