Position: Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Surgery Stepdown Unit Responsibilities Provide complex post-operative care to cardiac surgery patients, including continuous assessment and telemetry monitoring.Administer medications and manage wounds to promote patient recovery and safety.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate patients and families to ensure understanding of care processes and recovery.Maintain safe, evidence-based nursing practices to optimize patient outcomes.
