About the role

This position is for a Full-Time Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in the Graphics (Echocardiology) Department. The role involves performing various cardiac tests such as transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms, stress tests, holter monitoring, and cardiac doppler at multiple hospital locations. The role offers excellent learning opportunities to gain experience in advanced echo-guided procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac tests accurately across various hospital locations, including transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms, stress tests, holter monitoring, and cardiac doppler.
• Maintain detailed patient logs and update billing information.
• Manage patient files and utilize cardiac lab computer systems.
• Support learning and development in cutting-edge echocardiography techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency.
• RDCS or equivalent certification.
• New graduates and experienced candidates welcome; no prior experience required.
• Preferred: 2+ years in related field.
• CPR certification.
• Additional certifications such as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
