Cardiac RN Coordinator - NO CALL/WEEKENDS - Kelsey Seybold Clinics - Main Campus

About the Role

The Coordinator RN - CV (ASC) provides advanced perioperative leadership as the circulating RN for cardiovascular procedures, supporting the development and daily operations of the cardiovascular program within an ambulatory surgery center (ASC).

Responsibilities

• Ensure evidence-based nursing practice, safety protocols, and equipment readiness
• Support multidisciplinary workflow design in compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist in procedure support, moderate sedation, radiation safety, and emergency response
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support ongoing program development

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active Texas RN license or multistate license
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications
• CNOR, CCRN, CVRNBC, or RCIS certification with competency in moderate sedation
• At least 5 years recent RN experience in cardiac cath labs, interventional cardiology, EP, hybrid OR, or interventional radiology
• Strong hemodynamic monitoring, rhythm recognition, sterile technique, and emergency response skills
• Excellent interdisciplinary communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree
• Experience in ASC settings or cath lab program startup/expansion

Pay

Hourly pay ranges from $35.00 to $62.50 based on experience and certifications.
