Cardiac Rehab Nurse

About the Role

Provide theory-based, outcome-driven care for patients recovering from cardiac events. Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes through assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized cardiac rehabilitation services
• Contribute to patient recovery and support community health
• Maintain compliance with licensing and safety standards
• Engage in a team-oriented healthcare environment dedicated to excellence and compassionate, person-centered care

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing
• Current Iowa RN license
• BLS certification
• Mandatory Reporter status
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in patient care and disease management
