Cardiac Nephrology Nurse Extern

Role: Nurse Extern supporting the Cardiac Nephrology team under RN supervision. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and assist with daily activities for complex patients.Obtain vital signs and support cardiac and renal monitoring.Document patient information accurately in the EMR.Practice strict infection control protocols.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of patient care procedures and medical documentation.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, safety-focused environment.Willingness to learn and support advanced healthcare technologies. This role offers hands-on experience, strong preceptorship, and prepares for transition into a professional RN role.
