Special Procedures Technologist, Lead – RWJBarnabas Health At RWJBarnabas Health, the Cath Lab Lead Tech plays a critical role in patient care and operational excellence. Operating with a high level of independence, they perform complex cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures according to strict medical, legal, and professional imaging standards. They are responsible for exercising professional judgment during scans, ensuring accurate patient positioning, delivering age-specific care, and maintaining seamless workflow collaboration within the multidisciplinary cardiac department.
