Join a dynamic healthcare team as a PRN Cardiovascular Tech, assisting in procedures to diagnose and treat the cardiovascular system.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and reviewing medical histories
• Monitoring patient condition before, during, and after procedures
• Handling and maintaining equipment and supplies
• Recognizing and reporting test results and abnormalities
• Ensuring a clean and organized department
• Performing point of care testing as needed
• Working safely and performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare or equivalent experience
• Previous Cath Lab/Surgical Tech experience required
• Licenses: BLS and ALS certifications from the American Heart Association

Skills and physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, and patient handling
• Effective communication and vision skills
• Ability to lift and move objects/patients up to 50 lbs
• Repetitive movements including reaching, gripping, and data entry
