Cardiac Catheterization and Vascular Radiology Technologist (Imaging)

About the role

This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures in advanced modalities such as Cardiac Catheterization, Vascular Radiology, CT, MRI, or Mammography, supporting adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, conducts studies independently or in on-call situations, and ensures quality control. Responsibilities

• Providing imaging support during vascular and cardiac procedures using hybrid OR fluoroscopy equipment.
• Monitoring patient vitals, setting up sterile fields, and collaborating with nurses and providers during procedures.
• Utilizing advanced Siemens imaging equipment to produce clear, accurate images for complex cases.
• Performing diagnostic imaging studies, including portable exams and specialized procedures.
• Supporting vascular and cardiac interventions with advanced imaging techniques.
• Maintaining patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency.
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)).
• Licenses such as RTR, CT, MR, and others; CPR and intravenous therapy certifications are preferred for experienced candidates.
• Experience is welcomed but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
