As the Lead Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you’ll be more than an expert in the lab—you’ll be the guide who sets the standard for excellence. Responsibilities

• Leading by example during complex cardiac and vascular procedures, ensuring precision, safety, and compassionate care
• Coaching, mentoring, and precepting team members to build confidence, skill, and alignment with best practices
• Overseeing workflow, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining a safe, sterile, and fully prepared environment
• Advocating for patients and families throughout the care journey, providing guidance, education, and reassurance
• Driving team success by supporting hiring, onboarding, and communication of new practices and standards

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Vocational School Graduate (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
