Cardiac Cath Lab RN - Hourly

Role: Provides direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.Works in a safety-sensitive capacity, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times. Qualifications Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.Licensure: Valid RN license.Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience.No supervisory experience required.
