Cardboard Production Operative

Key Responsibilities

• Read and follow the job cards provided by the Production Management team
• Prepare and collect the materials and tools needed for each job
• Enter measurements into the machinery and run test cuts before batch production
• Carry out quality control checks on both test and final products
• Record production details and complete quality control documentation
• Move finished boxes to the correct area for packing or storage
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

Requirements

• Practical mindset and basic DIY skills (essential)
• Previous experience with cardboard or machinery (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to working safely and accurately
• Team player with a reliable and positive attitude
