We are seeking organized, service-oriented, and friendly people to add to our team to assist our Cards Department.
Responsibilities
- Cracking solutions for our customers regarding their debit cards
- Satisfying their banking needs
- Create an awesome positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Prior call center experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Administrative skills
- Phone etiquette and effective communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Opportunities for pay increases, overtime, and advancement are all available as soon as 30 days into your training period.

M - F, 10:30 AM - 7 PM; rotating Saturdays 8 AM - 1 PM
