Basic Function
Manipulate boards from conveyors to carts to create lumber packages in various stages of production.
Responsibilities
- Safely move boards from conveyors to carts
- Create lumber packages according to operating specifications
- Secure lumber using various types of banding as needed
- Push carts (when filled and empty) to locations for fork truck pick up
- Record package details on both paper forms and computer
- Clean area when other lumber duties are absent
- Perform various other duties as assigned by supervisor

Physical Requirements
- Light Duty
- Be able to climb, squat, stoop and twist while maneuvering lumber
- Be able to repetitively lift, push and pull 10-80 pounds
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time

- Blood Borne Pathogens — One time
- Hazard Communication — One time
- Lock Out/Tag Out — One time
- Hearing Protection — Annually
