Caramel Cook-Midnight shift 8:30p - 5a

About the role

We are growing Second Nature Brands 4x from $500MM to $1+B in the next 2 years through organic growth and M&A. This role is part of the supply chain team.

Responsibilities

• Cooking caramel in commercial-sized kettles
• Cleaning and sanitizing the cooking equipment
• Manually transferring warm caramel to tubs for production line
• Following recipes to ensure quality of product
• Following GMP, Q&FS, and OSHA Safety policies
• Maintain clean and safe work area
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Self-directed
• English language proficient
• Work well with peers and supervisors
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Standing for 8-10 hours
• Walking up and down stairs
• Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently
• Working in slightly elevated temperatures
• Wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
