Car Wash Team Member - PT Open Availability

About the role

Our team members are directly responsible for all customer interactions and experiences. Team members must be able to provide the best customer service experience, no matter which station they are attending.

Responsibilities

• Pay Station: Greet all customers and assist them with their wash selection; inform customers of any promotion or membership that is available.
• Loading Station: Guide all customers onto the conveyor track safely and quickly; inform the customer of the car wash instructions and program any required equipment retracts.
• Parking Lot / Vacuum Station: Clean and sweep the grounds; empty trash bins regularly and carefully; check vacuum nozzles for proper operation and repair promptly.
• Daily routines: Clean the car wash facilities and grounds; ensure all customers’ cars are clean; follow daily/nightly checklists; learn safety procedures.

Pay

Hourly range: $13.00 – $14.00 per hour, based on the following pay bands:

• $13.00/hr: No experience needed.
• $14.00/hr: 3+ months in service/retail roles; ability to handle full‑service tasks.

Flexible Pay: Partnered with Wagestream to offer up to 50% of earned wages after each shift.

Schedule

• Positions available: Full‑time or Part‑time.
• Working days: Monday – Sunday (full‑time team members must work some weekends).
• Working hours: 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (shifts vary).

Physical demands

• Working outdoors in summer heat and winter cold.
• Standing for long periods (no chairs on the lot).
• Quickly assisting customers.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling 40 lbs or more.
