About the role

EDGE Express Car Wash is seeking dynamic, people-focused team members who thrive in fast-paced environments to join our growing team as we expand across the eastern seaboard. Team members are directly responsible for all customer interactions and experiences, providing the best customer service no matter which station they are attending.

Stations and responsibilities

• Pay Station: Greet all customers and assist them with wash selection; inform customers of any promotions or memberships available.
• Loading Station: Guide customers onto the conveyor track safely and quickly; inform customers of car wash instructions and program any required equipment retracts.
• Parking Lot / Vacuum Station: Clean and sweep grounds; empty trash bins regularly and carefully; check vacuum nozzles for proper operation and repair promptly.

• Cleaning the car wash facilities and grounds

Pay

• $14.00 per hour — no experience needed
• $15.00 per hour — 3+ months in service/retail roles; ability to handle full-service tasks
• $16.00 per hour — 6+ months car wash experience; works unsupervised in tunnel/lot/full-service
• Flexible Pay: Partner with Wagestream to access up to 50% of earned wages after each shift
• Bonus Opportunities: Bi-weekly commissions and employee of the month bonus

Schedule

• Positions available: Full-time or part-time
• Working days: Monday – Sunday (full-time team members must work some weekends)
• Working hours: 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (shifts vary)
