Car Wash Shift Supervisor

About the role

Join our team as a Shift Supervisor and help drive sales, maintain operational uptime, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure our facility meets high standards of cleanliness and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership and wash sales through positive employee-customer interactions.
• Perform preventive maintenance, handle general repairs, and address operational challenges.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Manage POS systems, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Train, motivate, and support team members to maintain high performance and appearance standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the lot, wash bay, and facility.
• Collaborate with administrative staff on tasks such as employee support and membership sales.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (AA or BS degree preferred). Ability to complete employer-paid GED program if needed.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in car wash, retail, or hospitality operations.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead a team, drive sales, and create loyal customers.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Results-driven with an aptitude for analyzing processes and reports.

Pay

$18.00 - $22.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
