Car Wash / Service Porter - Bobby Rahal Honda

About the role

Responsible for providing high-quality car wash and service support to customers at Bobby Rahal Honda.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed vehicle cleaning including exterior, interior, and undercarriage checks.
• Assist customers with vehicle maintenance needs, scheduling appointments, and providing recommendations based on vehicle condition.
• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to Bobby Rahal Honda’s standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Operate and maintain equipment used for car washing and service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in automotive service or related field.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with customer service software.
