California Hand Wash is a full-service hand car wash, featuring a conveyor driven tunnel hand wash, ceramic coating services and professional detail center. California Hand Wash is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles after they undergo the hand wash process.
• Evaluate the cleanliness and condition of vehicles, including both interior and exterior surfaces.
• Identify any areas that require additional attention or rework, such as missed spots or streaks and communicate them to the linen supervisor or manager for correction.
• Provide feedback and guidance to finishing staff to help improve overall performance and quality.
• Call customers over the PA system when their vehicle is fully inspected and ready to be delivered.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify even minor imperfections.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
• Able to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Knowledge of car wash processes is a plus.
