Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you’ll promote and sell memberships and retail packages to grow the business, provide a standout customer service experience, and maintain strong knowledge of products and services. You’ll also support daily operations, including vehicle loading and equipment setup, ensure every guest has an outstanding experience from start to finish, and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift.

Schedule
Scheduling for Crew Members varies based on business needs and availability: Shifts typically range from 8–10 hours, availability may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends, and full-time and part-time positions are available.
