Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships and retail packages to grow the business
• Provide a standout customer service experience, helping guests understand pricing and services
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to succeed as a sales-focused Crew Member
• Support daily operations, including vehicle loading and equipment setup
• Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience from start to finish
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift

Schedule

Scheduling for Crew Members varies based on business needs and availability: Shifts typically range from 8–10 hours. Availability may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Full-time and part-time positions available.
