Car Wash Attendant

About the role

The Global Car Wash Attendant is responsible for performing duties in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service and car wash appearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure car wash has sufficient soap & wax.
• Keep car wash building neat, clean & free of debris.
• Cleaning - Building windows, bay floor, emptying trash containers near the car wash.
• Ensure car wash backroom is organized & clean.
• Yard maintenance - sweeping, shoveling, etc.
• Complete shift report.
• Available to work weekends & Holidays.
• Attend mandatory meetings as designated by site manager.
• Customer Service - Greet car wash customers and assist them in completing their transaction.

Qualifications

• Show ability to communicate with associates & guests.
• Must be in approved uniform.
• Enthusiastic, energetic personality comfortable engaging with our consumers and store associates.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs on occasion.
• Reach above shoulder height and bend below waist.
• High School Diploma.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $16.94 - $19.94 per hour. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
