Car Wash Associate - Midvale and Valencia

About the role

As a Car Wash Associate, you'll be responsible for preparing, guiding, and loading vehicles into the tunnel, ensuring the location is equipped with clean towels and that all equipment is functioning properly while providing an excellent customer experience. This role requires a keen ability to anticipate customer needs, build lasting relationships, and maintain a strong focus on safety. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, multitasking and adapting to change.

Responsibilities

• Service vehicles with bug spray while guiding them into the wash tunnel
• Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and/or minor landscaping work as directed by leadership
• Assist customers with any request to enhance their experience
• Exceed customer expectations by being friendly to customers and handling vehicles with extreme care

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 required
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays

• Outdoor and Indoor Settings: Primarily work outdoors
• Weather Conditions: Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and wind
• Noise Levels: Moderate to high noise levels from equipment and vehicles
• Team Collaboration: Frequent interaction and collaboration with colleagues and customers
• Fast-Paced: High pace, especially during peak hours
