Car Sales Associate- USA Hilton Head

About the role

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers—online, over the phone, and in person—to help guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment. You will respond to leads promptly, answer questions, provide information, and guide customers from initial contact to an in-store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

With your outstanding communication and listening skills, you’ll help customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms to fit their lifestyles and budgets, and close deals. You’ll also follow up to ensure satisfaction and transition customers to our Service department to support their ownership experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer leads in a timely manner via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide detailed vehicle information and guide customers through the purchase process.
• Help customers select vehicles, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Utilize technology to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers consistently.
• Experience and comfort working with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
