Car Hauler/Rollback Driver (Class A CDL)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 4 car rollback and/or car hauler equipment in compliance with DOT and company regulations
• Load and unload vehicles safely, ensuring they are free from damage
• Understand and properly handle vehicles with various transmission types (automatic, manual, electric, etc.)
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and equipment
• Maintain and complete daily logs, inspection reports, and required documentation accurately and timely
• Manage and obtain proper proof of delivery and customer documentation
• Ensure equipment is maintained in good operating condition and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Always follow all company safety policies and road regulations
• Support daily operational needs and complete other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• A valid Class A CDL
• Rollback or flatbed experience is required
• At least 21 years of age
• A clean driving record with no DUIs within the last five (5) years
• No serious at-fault accidents
• A strong understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
• To pass pre-employment screening
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and dependable

Pay

• Total annual compensation of $75k - $100k

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Schedule may vary between 7am - 9pm
• Occasional Saturday as needed
