About the role
As a Car Detailer at Woodhouse Auto Family, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for detailing, applying chemicals, inspecting vehicles for quality, and maintaining a clean work area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for detailing by washing, drying, vacuuming and using any other cleaning products as assigned on the assignment board.
- Apply detailing chemicals as instructed in the work procedures.
- Inspect each vehicle to assure quality expectations are being met the vehicle leaves the work area.
- Immediately notify the lead or managers of any damage found or caused to a vehicle.
- Notify the managers of any employee who is not meeting Woodhouse and Department policies including breaking any safety policies.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Have a comprehensive understanding the chemicals used and their MSDS properties.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Acceptable motor vehicle report
- Must be 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Desire to learn and grow
- Ability to provide exceptional service
- Regular and required attendance
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Post offer screenings: Background check, Drug screening, Non-DOT driver physical, Lift test
