Job Summary

We’re looking for entry-level Lot Attendants to join Carvana, a rapidly growing used automotive retailer. As a Lot Attendant, you’ll focus on maintaining vehicle cleanliness and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic issues
• Wash and vacuum all inventory regularly
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, including fuel levels, safety features, and proper display of company and state disclosures
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors
• Communicate effectively with team members and management across different departments
• Adhere to regular and predictable attendance requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and carry up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet
• Able to stand for extended periods, stretch, reach, walk, stoop, push, and pull in various environments
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to perform tasks requiring excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
• Able to wear necessary safety equipment such as face shields, goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and protective garments
• Able to drive and type frequently
• Able to adhere to regular and predictable attendance

Pay

• Hourly range: $16-$17
• Starting pay: $16/hr
• Pay increases at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months: $16.25, $16.50, $16.75, and $17/hr respectively

Schedule

The hours for this part-time position are from 6am - 2pm.
