We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Role description: "We’re looking for entry-level Lot Attendants to build an exciting career at Carvana - the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500! About the role

then

... content. - Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet list after "We’re looking for enthusiastic..."). - Requirements: maybe "General Qualifications And Requirements". Could be Requirements section. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can combine? The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications), Benefits, Pay. Possibly Schedule? Not mentioned schedule specifics (full-time position). Could include Schedule as full-time? The posting says "This is a full-time position". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that. - Benefits: PTO and paid holidays + birthday holiday. - Pay: details about hourly rate progression. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real content. We must not repeat job title. Not include Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include all details from the posting except removed boilerplate. Let's extract substantive info: From role description: - "We’re looking for entry-level Lot Attendants to build an exciting career at Carvana - the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history and one of the four fastest companies to make the Fortune 500! As a Lot Attendant, you will be focused on maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicles at our Market Hubs. As part of this role, you will be expected to coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and the highest level of customer satisfaction. Interested in joining the team? Check out more below: This is a full-time position" We could keep that as About the role. Responsibilities list: - Ensure each vehicle is inspected for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns - Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis - Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory to include fuel level, safety features, drivability test and proper display of all company and state disclosures - Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors - Interact and communicate with team members and management across all lines of the business. - Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance. Note: The last bullet about attendance appears also in qualifications but we can keep. Qualifications/Requirements list: - High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable - Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license - Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years (duplicate of previous? but keep) - Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels. - Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet. - Requires standing for an extended period of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance. - Requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. - Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity. - Requires use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment. - Requires frequent driving and some typing. - Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance. - Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. - Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. (duplicate) - Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check. - This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. We need to keep all but remove duplicates? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplicates are still substantive but we could keep them; but maybe we should keep them as is. However we can combine similar points to avoid redundancy but that would be summarizing? Might be okay to keep duplicates but better to keep unique points. The instruction says do not invent or summarize away detail; summarizing could be considered removing detail. Keeping duplicates is not summarizing; it's preserving. But we could keep them; it's okay. But we should remove boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "Carvana is an equal employment opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check." That's substantive, keep. Also "This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship." Keep. Also "Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English." Keep. Now Benefits: "PTO and paid holidays + your birthday is a holiday". Also maybe other benefits? Not mentioned. Pay: details: Starting $15/hr, progression: at 3 months $15.25, 6 months $15.50, 9 months $15.75, 12 months $16/hr. Also mention Pay Range: $15-$16 hourly. Also mention performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, four merit opportunities annually, additional $0.25 increase every 90 days. Schedule: "This is a full-time position". Could also mention maybe no other schedule details. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings for each section we include. We must not include markdown fences. We'll produce something like:
