About the role

Entry-level Lot Attendant position at Carvana, focused on maintaining vehicle cleanliness and appearance, coordinating with teammates for timely deliveries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at Market Hubs.
• Coordinate with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis.
• Complete multi‑point inspection on arriving inventory (fuel level, safety features, drivability test, proper display of company and state disclosures).
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Interact and communicate with team members and management across all lines of the business.
• Adhere to regular and predictable attendance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently (majority of lifts knee‑to‑shoulder; other lifts from various levels).
• Ability to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
• Capable of standing for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping, pushing and/or pulling in environments that may be cold, hot, noisy, wet, and may have fumes or odors.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Use of required safety equipment (face shield/goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, etc.).
• Frequent driving and some typing.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Pay

• Starting hourly rate: $15.00.
• Pay increases every 90 days based on performance: $15.25 at 3 months, $15.50 at 6 months, $15.75 at 9 months, $16.00 at 12 months.
• Overall pay range: $15‑$16 per hour.
