Responsibilities

• Responsible for running the point of sale system and assist customers as needed
• Set up and restock product, displays, coolers and workstations as needed
• Light food prep and grab and go items
• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages including alcohol
• Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks or carts
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the café area
• Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, approachable, greeting and thanking customers entering and exiting the café
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving their concerns
• Work with and take direction from the General Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous food/customer service experience preferably within a corporate dining setting
• Dependable and excellent customer service skills
• Able to pull and lift up to 40 pounds plus additional physical requirements
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Must be 21 years of age to sell alcohol due to unsupervised nature of the position
• Reliable transportation
• Schedule flexibility
• Excellent customer service skills - this is a front of the house position
