Captain Supervisor Emergency Medical Services

Job Duties

• Assists management in formulating administrative and operational policies and procedures.
• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees.
• Orients new personnel.
• Assists in investigating, analyzing and resolving personnel and operational problems or complaints.
• Interprets, implements and enforces compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Expedites workflow and examines work for quality and quantity.

Education

Graduate from Specialty Training Program- (Required), Associate's Degree- (Preferred)

Experience

Minimum of 3 years-Related work experience (Required)

Certification(s) and License(s)

Certified Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic - Default Issuing Body
