Job title: Food Truck Shift Lead – Capriotti's on Wheels (Sparks/Reno) Location: Capriotti's Food Truck, based at our Tesla location (1 Electric Ave, Sparks, NV 89434), plus events and locations around Reno 🚚 Please note: this is NOT a sandwich shop job. You'll be working on our Capriotti's food truck, not inside a restaurant. Lead the crew. Cook in the truck. Feed the people. Want to run a shift where the view changes and the line is always hungry? We're hiring a Food Truck Shift Lead to help run our mobile kitchen. Most of the time you'll be parked at our Tesla location in Sparks. Other days you'll take the truck to spots and events around Reno. You'll be the one on the truck making sure every sandwich goes out right. That means leading a small crew, keeping the line moving and keeping the vibe good, all from a kitchen on wheels.
