- Evaluate deal-level strategies against portfolio or investor objectives
- Identify gaps, opportunities, or inefficiencies in proposed capital deployment
- Provide recommendations for optimizing deal structure, timing, or financing
- Audit alignment with risk tolerance and expected returns
- Maintain oversight of key decision points and milestones to ensure smooth execution
- Flag strategic or operational risks that could impact outcomes
- Offer insights on asset allocation, diversification, and capital efficiency
- Support long-term performance tracking and lessons learned for repeatable strategy improvements
Requirements
- Experience in portfolio management, investment strategy, corporate finance, or private equity capital allocation
- Ability to analyze risk/reward profiles and structural considerations of live deals
- Knowledge of commercial real estate, private equity, growth equity, operating business acquisitions, structured finance, credit, or hybrid investments
- Experience in strategic evaluation or capital oversight
