Capital Project SFHP Advisor Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the team infrastructure
• Obtain necessary resources to staff and support the program
• Define scope and work breakdown structure
• Develop cost estimates and resource loaded schedules
• Evaluate change requests and approve or reject as appropriate
• Manage overall costs versus budget
• Manage subcontracted relationships
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Interface with and integrate the efforts of stakeholders, support personnel, and line management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
• Or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

Pay Range

$128,000.00 - $204,000.00 annually
