Capital Markets Associate

Core Responsibilities

• Drive capital markets initiatives, including CLOs, credit facilities, and securitizations.
• Maintain and update complex models to manage debt covenants and calculate investment returns.
• Originate and expand partnerships with banks, borrowers, debt funds, and capital providers.
• Manage documentation, coordinate with internal teams for reporting, and update investor presentations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in capital markets, corporate banking, or debt capital markets.
• Specific experience in the lender finance space, working within commercial real estate funds, or working directly for a lending institution.

Skills

• Strong Excel financial modeling.
• Deep understanding of deal structuring/credit risk.
• Comfort leading negotiations and reviewing complicated legal documents.
• Prior experience executing complex transactions (such as securitizations, CLOs, lending warehouses, or credit facilities).
