Capital Markets Associate

The Opportunity

You’ll handle high-profile and cross-border capital markets transactions across a range of industries. The role involves representing both U.S. and international issuers and underwriters on IPOs, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, registered direct offerings, SPACs, REITs, PIPEs, and other sophisticated securities offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–6 years of experience in capital markets and corporate transactional work
• Prior experience with public and private securities offerings, including SEC-registered transactions and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Active California Bar membership or eligibility to waive in
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
