Capital Markets Associate

Responsibilities

• Work on complex corporate transactions, particularly in the capital markets space.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to corporate transactions.
• Provide legal support in all aspects of deal execution.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage and close transactions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on various corporate matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Must be licensed to practice law in New York.
• 1-2 years of experience in corporate law, with an emphasis on capital markets.
• A desire to work with a sophisticated practice in the power and utilities sectors (experience in this area is a plus but not required).
• Strong academic record with excellent analytical and writing skills.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is £225,000 – £235,000, with variations based on factors such as experience, education, skillset, and geographic location.
