About the Role

O'Melveny is seeking a mid-level associate (3rd – 6th year) to join its Capital Markets practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and diverse team. Our Capital Markets Practice Group has substantial experience running the most complicated and high-profile deals. We view challenges from all perspectives—companies, investment banks, and regulators—to navigate deals seamlessly from launch through pricing and closing.

Responsibilities

• Handle securities offerings
• Assist public companies with reporting obligations
