Capital Markets Analyst

Responsibilities

• Aid in sourcing, structuring, and executing real estate debt transactions, including CMBS, bridge loans, construction loans, and mezzanine financing.
• Create and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate debt structures, loan sizing, pricing, and repayment scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate finance, debt capital markets, investment banking, or commercial lending.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and structured finance modeling.
• Understanding of commercial real estate debt structures, CMBS, bridge loans, and other financing instruments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with real estate due diligence, underwriting, and credit risk assessment processes.
• Knowledge of macroeconomic and interest rate trends impacting real estate capital markets.
