About the role
This role is ideal for senior operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or consultants with a proven record of leading capital transactions and scaling investment platforms.
What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)
- Advise fund managers and sponsors on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning
- Support structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy for deals
- Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction execution
- Provide portfolio advisory, operational insights, and value creation guidance
- Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors
Eligible Advisory Areas
- Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications
- Deal structuring, investment committee support, and transaction strategy
- Portfolio optimization and operational advisory
- Mentorship and technical training for analysts and deal scouts
- Investor relations and network strategy
Compensation & Deal Economics
- Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope
- Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals
- Payments issued upon successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure
- No cap on earning potential for consistent high-value contributions
