Capital Leadership Advisor

About the role

This role is ideal for senior operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or consultants with a proven record of leading capital transactions and scaling investment platforms.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

• Advise fund managers and sponsors on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning
• Support structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy for deals
• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction execution
• Provide portfolio advisory, operational insights, and value creation guidance
• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors

Eligible Advisory Areas

• Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications
• Deal structuring, investment committee support, and transaction strategy
• Portfolio optimization and operational advisory
• Mentorship and technical training for analysts and deal scouts
• Investor relations and network strategy

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope
• Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals
• Payments issued upon successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure
• No cap on earning potential for consistent high-value contributions

• Submit an application with background, track record, and deal leadership history
• Complete verification and category approval
• Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
• Begin advisory engagements with funds, sponsors, and analysts
