Responsibilities

• Supervise the full lifecycle of global capital investments and lease portfolios, ensuring precise asset categorization, amortization timelines, and strict adherence to technical standards like ASC 842 and ASC 360.
• Partner with sourcing and planning business units to build financial models and deliver data-driven insights that optimize infrastructure capacity and improve spending efficiency.
• Evaluate massive, complex cost datasets to identify operational trends, resolve distribution discrepancies, and implement automated, scalable accounting solutions to match organizational growth.
• Cook up direct with independent auditors regarding technology and hardware costs, while preparing comprehensive financial summaries and presentations for senior leadership review.

Requirements

• Holds a university degree in finance or accounting paired with a decade of upwardly mobile corporate accounting experience, specifically within the tech sector managing large-scale capital assets and multi-layered portfolios.
• Deeply versed in capital expenditures, amortization schedules, and multi-jurisdictional compliance protocols, with advanced practical knowledge of ASC 842 and ASC 360 standards.
• Highly capable of interpreting massive datasets and tech infrastructure expenses utilizing database query systems, data visualization programs, and advanced financial ERP software.
