About the role
Capgemini Invent is seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager in the Intelligent Industry practice to drive digital manufacturing transformations for global clients. The role involves leading the design and implementation of modern factory platforms, leveraging AI and analytics to boost insights, decisions, and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead client projects to deliver AI-powered manufacturing improvements.
- Advise on current and future factory platforms for ROI-driven outcomes.
- Design and plan modern MES and next-generation digital manufacturing solutions.
- Define IT/OT integration using industry standards (ISA-95/88).
- Mentor teams, promote AI literacy, and drive scalable delivery.
- Manage senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
- Develop proposals and RFPs highlighting AI benefits and impact.
- Deliver AI-driven manufacturing solutions by leading end-to-end client projects from design through execution.
- Manage risks, vendors, and ensure sustainable manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- 8 - 15 years in digital manufacturing consulting.
- Strong MES, SCADA, automation platform expertise and implementation experience.
- Proven experience demonstrating problem solving, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- AI literacy and experience applying analytics or automation in manufacturing.
- Team leadership, planning, and delivery governance experience.
Qualifications
- Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts.
- Experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development.
- Collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions.
- Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
Skills
- Strong MES, SCADA, automation platform expertise and implementation experience.

Benefits
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $135,900 - $265,880. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
