Responsibilities

  • Complete small or medium-sized projects and lead teams.
  • Develop a reputation for specific domain expertise internally and contribute to market visibility.
  • Train junior team members and ensure quality under tight timelines.
  • Lead workstreams across platform strategy, IT strategy, and operating model design.
  • Facilitate workshops with CIO/CTO/CISO leaders to drive alignment and decisions.
  • Build board-ready roadmaps and investment cases tied to outcomes and value.
  • Integrate AI enablement into platform and operating model strategies.
  • Translate architecture constraints into practical sequencing and delivery approaches.
  • Coach junior team members and ensure quality under tight timelines.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years in technology strategy, architecture, or management consulting.
  • A strong foundation in platform strategy/enterprise architecture and transformation roadmaps.
  • A working knowledge of cloud strategy and operating model implications.
  • A fluency in the AI landscape; able to design practical enablement approaches and guardrails.
  • Executive-ready communication and strong client presence.
  • Comfortable owning workstreams and leading teams in complex environments.
  • Experience of working with business and IT teams in shaping and undertaking Agile and Product transformation programs; creating Agile transformation Blueprints and Roadmaps, while linking technology to business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience of introducing and embedding scaled Agile and/or Product Management practices.
  • Experience in designing Agile Value Stream operating models and Product-Centric designs for large, complex organizations.
  • A proven coaching, training and mentoring skillset in Agile delivery and Agile rollout.
  • One or more industry certifications in Lean-Agile transformation, across SAFe, DAD, LeSS or Agile Coaching (ICAgile), SPCs from SAFe preferred.

Pay
