Responsibilities

  • Drive digital manufacturing transformations for global clients.
  • Lead the design and implementation of modern factory platforms, leveraging AI and analytics to boost insights, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Bridge strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
  • Manage senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop proposals and RFPs highlighting AI benefits and impact.
  • Deliver AI-driven manufacturing solutions by leading end-to-end client projects from design through execution.
  • Manage risks, vendors, and ensure sustainable manufacturing operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development.
  • Proven experience demonstrating problem solving, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
  • 8 - 15 years in digital manufacturing consulting.
  • Strong MES, SCADA, automation platform expertise and implementation experience.
  • Experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, GMP, LIMS, EBR.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing data standards (OPC-UA, MQTT, Kafka).
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture and edge computing.
  • Agile/Scrum certification and agile delivery experience.
  • Vendor certifications or training in digital manufacturing/smart factory platforms.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,600 - $190,000.
