Responsibilities

• Lead embedded engineering delivery across one or more client environments, owning technical execution and day-to-day client relationships.
• Balance hands-on leadership with delivery oversight, ensuring solutions are governed, maintainable, and adopted at scale.
• Own technical relationships with Director- and VP-level client stakeholders.
• Establish engineering standards, documentation practices, and delivery rhythms.
• Ensure solutions are production-ready, governed, and transferable to client ownership.
• Identify expansion opportunities based on on-the-ground delivery insights.

Requirements

• Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understanding how these apply to enterprise transformation.
• Able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development.
• Collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
• Demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Skills

• 7+ years in embedded, forward-deployed, or enterprise software engineering (consulting preferred).
• Proven experience leading a small engineering team within a client environment.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Palantir Foundry or equivalent enterprise AI/data platforms.
• Strong client relationship skills with Director- or VP-level engineering and operations leaders.
• Experience delivering governed AI solutions, data pipelines, and platform enablement.
