About the role
The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services and products. He/she designs and implements new business and operating models and brings to life the organizations of the future. He/she develops customer insights, organizational knowledge and market perspectives.
Responsibilities
- Develops a specialization within a specific domain of expertise or industry.
- Responsible for the completion of a part of a project.
- Client oriented and learns to explore sales activities.
- Lead workstreams that help clients modernize enterprise technology platforms and operating models, with a strong focus on AI-enabled transformation.
- Partner closely with senior technology leaders to shape pragmatic, value-driven strategies that embed AI into core platforms.
- Build board-ready roadmaps and investment cases tied to outcomes and value.
- Integrate AI enablement into platform and operating model strategies.
- Translate architecture constraints into practical sequencing and delivery approaches.
- Coach junior team members and ensure quality under tight timelines.
Requirements
- Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts.
- Able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness.
- Collaborates effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions.
- Executive-ready communication and strong client presence.
- Comfortable owning workstreams and leading teams in complex environments.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in technology strategy, architecture, or management consulting.
- Strong foundation in platform strategy/enterprise architecture and transformation roadmaps.
- Working knowledge of cloud strategy and operating model implications.
- Ai landscape fluency; able to design practical enablement approaches and guardrails.
Skills
- Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,600-$199,480. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
