Responsibilities

• Partner CIOs and senior technology leaders to shape enterprise-wide technology and platform strategies, embedding AI into large-scale transformations and guiding organizations toward modern, product-centric, and cloud-enabled operating models.
• Lead strategy engagements (≈12 weeks) that deliver board-ready roadmaps and investment business cases.
• Embed AI holistically into transformation initiatives, including AI architecture and integration into core enterprise systems.
• Advises on IT and product-centric operating models, agile delivery, and how IT should operate in an AI-driven environment.
• Shape cloud strategies focused on optimization, innovation enablement, and AI/data leverage.

Requirements

• You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation.
• You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development.
• You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
• You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or technology advisory with meaningful client delivery exposure.
• Foundation in platform strategy, enterprise architecture, or large-scale technology transformation.
• Knowledge of cloud strategy beyond lift-and-shift, including how cloud enables innovation and AI.
• Exposure to AI architecture and how AI integrates with data platforms and enterprise applications.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, executive-level recommendations.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Skills

• Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts.
• Experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $67,500 - $127,510. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
