Capgemini Invent - AI Transformation Senior Consultant
About the role
At Capgemini Invent, the Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team makes AI work at scale by combining data science and engineering with business consulting. The team builds context-driven analytics and GenAI/agentic systems that reflect how decisions and work actually happen — grounded in semantic layers, strong data foundations, and governance embedded in decision flows. With a builder-advisor (“forward deployed”) mindset, DDT delivers production-ready impact across operations and customer domains, redefining what enterprise AI advisory looks like in practice. Alongside technical delivery teams, DDT's advisory practice ensures that AI and data transformation programs are governed, adopted, and sustained — turning technical delivery into measurable business outcomes.
As a Senior Consultant, AI Transformation Advisory, you will lead critical components of AI, data, and enterprise transformation programs, helping clients translate AI strategy into measurable business outcomes. You will manage governance, operating model, adoption, value realization, and stakeholder engagement workstreams while serving as a trusted advisor to client managers and directors. You will also coach junior team members and coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology functions. Working closely with clients and delivery teams, you will help organizations establish scalable AI operating models, embed responsible AI practices, manage transformation risks, and drive sustainable adoption of AI and agentic AI capabilities. You will independently manage workstreams, develop executive-ready recommendations, and ensure transformation activities remain aligned with business objectives and technical delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI, data, and transformation workstreams, defining operating models, governance structures, organizational frameworks, and delivery approaches that enable scalable business outcomes.
- Develop business cases, value realization frameworks, financial models, and executive dashboards that connect transformation investments to measurable results.
- Support AI and agentic AI initiatives through governance design, adoption strategies, business readiness planning, and change management activities.
- Facilitate executive and stakeholder workshops, synthesize complex findings, and develop strategic recommendations, steering materials, and transformation roadmaps for senior leadership.
- Partner with business and technical teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, accelerate delivery, contribute to solution development and proposals, and leverage AI-enabled ways of working to improve delivery effectiveness.
Skills
You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI‑enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‑augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‑driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, transformation delivery, or enterprise change programs across technology, data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation.
- Proven ability to lead workstreams within complex transformation programs, driving governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery outcomes.
- Experience supporting AI and agentic AI initiatives, including operating model design, governance, change management, business readiness, and adoption.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and concepts, including GenAI, copilots, agentic AI, multi-agent systems, data platforms, analytics, and enterprise AI use cases.
