Job Specific Working Conditions

The Capernaum Coordinator in NTC will lead the team that is starting Capernaum back up in our area! They will be responsible for training and developing the leader team, leading club/campaigners, spearheading contact work, and working with families and community members to establish a presence and reach all types of kids in the Northern Twin Cities!

Responsibilities

Requirements

• This is a part-time 15-20 hour/week position.

Qualifications

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
